What are the rental rates for bikes in Cancun?
Our Half Day Explorer package (1–6 hours) is $30 USD, and the Explore 24 (24-hour) rental is $45 USD. Long-term bike rental rates/discounts available upon request!
What are payment options at Bike Rentals Cancun?
Payment options are cash in Mexican Pesos (MXN) or US Dollars (USD). To avoid fees cash is best. We also accept Credit Card or PayPal (fee applies). Not accepted: AmEx, Discover, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay. Payments can be made at the shop or online.
What are your operating hours?
You can pick up bikes between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily.

We’re at Km 9.5 on Boulevard Kukulkan in the Hotel Zone—right next to Surfin Burrito Bar and 360 Surf School Cancun.

Yes—every rental includes a helmet and bike lock at no extra charge for your safety and security.

Do you offer overnight or long-term rentals?
Yes—our 24-hour Explore 24 package lets you keep the bike overnight, and we also handle custom multi-day bookings on request. Contact us for details.
Can I rent bikes for a group?
Group discounts are available! Contact us ahead of time to arrange multiple bikes at special rates.
Are bike paths safe in Cancun’s Hotel Zone?
Very much so—the ciclopista in the Cancun Hotel Zone is a 28 km dedicated bike path, flat and well-maintained, ideal for riders of all levels.
What should I bring when renting a bike?
Just bring your ID, sun protection (hat/sunscreen), and comfortable shoes—everything else is on us!
